My best research is that this is a jersey worn in the 2017 Prospects Tournament held in Buffalo. Troy had an amateur tryout contract and was on the roster for the Tourney. The game were played on September 8, 9, and 11. Minor wear, one burn, one puck mark and misc stains on crest. Part of my NHL/Otter collection.
